About The Position

This role is for a Financial Services Consulting Manager specializing in Business Transformation within the Payments sector at EY. This includes working on complex challenges in large value payments, wires, cross-border transactions, and emerging digital assets like on-chain correspondent banking and tokenized deposits. Requirements

6-8 or more years of experience in payments, whether in banking or financial services consulting, with deep knowledge of clearing and settlement, SWIFT, FedWire, CHIPs, ACH, payments infrastructure, treasury and cash management.
Hands-on experience with regulatory requirements and payments modernization initiatives and change management.
A strong interest or experience in enabling global 24X7X365 payments capabilities.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Proven leadership experience and project management skills.
Willingness to travel (up to 50%), both domestic and international.
