Responsibilities
- Speak with prospective clients from company-provided warm leads
- Schedule and conduct virtual appointments
- Review client needs, priorities, and coverage concerns
- Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options
- Recommend appropriate products and services
- Follow up with clients in a timely manner
- Maintain organized client records
- Participate in ongoing training and mentorship
