This role is with Nationwide Financial, a Fortune 100 company. The Annuity Case Management Team consists of 45 full-time associates, co-led by 4 managers and 4 team leads. The team is primarily responsible for underwriting good order requirements, keying and issuing annuity new business contracts, and sending out Letter of Acceptance packets for fixed, fixed indexed, and variable contracts within established service level agreements. The team collaborates with various business units to ensure timely processing, consistency, and quality in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Possible mandatory overtime/extended hours daily requires flexibility. As an Analyst, you will provide prompt, efficient service for assigned product and/or service center internal and external customers. You will coordinate communication between contract holders, producers, and internal Nationwide departments. Responsibilities include reviewing forms and files submitted by members or partners to ensure accurate entry into record-keeping systems.
