Requirements

Two years or more of similar or related experience.
Proficiency with technology including computers, tablets, and general office equipment.
Cash handling abilities.
Fantastic customer service skills.
Credit, criminal, employment, and education background checks are conducted on potential candidates.

Nice To Haves

Previous sales experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Helping our members in the various branches with higher end financial needs.
Assisting members with advanced banking needs including opening and closing accounts, helping our members through the loan process, and facilitating fraud complaints.
Educating members on products and services we offer including share certificates, IRAs, electronic funds transfer and online banking.
Uncovering needs and cross-selling financial products.
Being one of the voices of our credit union, ensuring a warm smile and helpful attitude comes through in every phone and digital interaction.
