Financial Service Representative
About The Position
This role involves providing prompt, efficient, and friendly service to all customers, exploring their financial needs to recommend suitable services and products. The representative will also conduct business development visits to promote the bank's offerings, assist customers with their banking and financial needs, and remain knowledgeable about products, fees, policies, and current offers. Responsibilities include cash handling, adhering to balancing procedures, operating the cash vault, balancing the ATM and coin machine, and assisting customers through the commercial teller window. Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality are expected, along with performing other assigned duties.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both Spanish and English
- Must successfully pass background investigation according to company policy
- Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment
Nice To Haves
- 3-6 Months experience working in a customer service environment
- 3-6 Months experience handling and balancing large sums of money
- Strong desire and ability to build long term customer relationships through passion, commitment, listening and understanding.
Responsibilities

- Operate the cash vault according to established policy and procedures
- Balance the ATM and coin machine
- Assist customers through the commercial teller window
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance and punctuality
- Perform other duties as assigned
