Financial Service Representative
About The Position
Financial Service Representatives eagerly assist members and prospective members with currency transactions, opening new accounts, and consumer loan needs. This role involves cultivating and effectively managing long-term, trusting relationships, completing teller transactions, opening new accounts, processing consumer loan applications, pairing corresponding credit union products and services with members’ financial needs, providing consistent member follow-up, and complying with all regulations as required by law. Additionally, representatives actively participate in continuing education related to credit union career development.
Requirements
- High School Diploma

- Prior retail or consumer lending experience is preferred.
