About The Position

As a Financial Service Representative II at Community 1st Credit Union's Ottumwa Venture location, you will be at the forefront of providing top-notch service to members. This role involves assisting members with their financial needs and inquiries. While banking experience is not required, strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn are essential. The team will provide the necessary training for a successful career. Branch operation hours are Monday-Friday 11am-7pm, Saturday 9am-5pm, and Sunday 10am-4pm.
