The Financial Service Representative II role is crucial in enhancing the member experience by providing personalized financial solutions and strengthening member relationships. Requirements

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to make complex financial information easy for members to understand, whether face-to-face, over the phone, or in writing.
  • Ability to create a warm, welcoming environment that fosters trust and builds member loyalty.
  • Executing Transactions with Precision: Accurately process a wide range of transactions—payments, card orders, and digital banking requests—with a strong focus on efficiency, precision, and attention to detail.
  • Quick to Learn and Eager to Apply: Ability to quickly learn new information and use it to enhance member experience.
  • Skilled in Building Relationships: Interpersonal skills with genuine empathy and dedication.
  • Master of Prioritization and Efficiency: Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and manage time effectively.
  • Driven and Goal-Oriented: Self-motivation, proactivity, and a goal-oriented approach.
  • Solid Financial and Regulatory Awareness: Foundational understanding of financial services and regulatory requirements.
  • A High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • At least one year of hands-on experience in customer service, retail, banking, or financial services.
  • Available to work Saturdays.
