About The Position

The Financial Service Representative II plays an important role in delivering personalized financial solutions and strengthening member relationships. In this role, you’ll assist members with complex transactions, guide them through their financial journeys, and proactively promote products and services that meet their needs, while ensuring every interaction reflects our mission and values. You will take the lead in creating exceptional member experiences through consultative conversations, teamwork, and a commitment to service excellence. Your expertise and care will help members achieve their financial goals while contributing to the growth and success of Securityplus. Requirements

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to make it easy for members to understand complex financial information, be it face-to-face, over the phone, or in writing.

  • Executing Transactions with Precision: Accurately process a wide range of transactions—payments, card orders, and digital banking requests—with a strong focus on efficiency, precision, and attention to detail.
  • Quick to Learn and Eager to Apply: Ability to learn new information quickly and use that knowledge to enhance member experience.
  • Skilled in Building Relationships: Ability to use interpersonal skills with genuine empathy and dedication in each conversation.
  • Master of Prioritization and Efficiency: Ability to handle multiple responsibilities, manage time effectively, and ensure timely, individualized attention for each member.
  • Driven and Goal-Oriented: Self-motivation, proactive approach, and a goal-oriented mindset to exceed expectations.
  • Solid Financial and Regulatory Awareness: Foundational understanding of financial services and regulatory requirements, respect for policies, and commitment to ethical practices.
  • A High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • At least one year of hands-on experience in customer service, retail, banking, or financial services.
  • Available to work Saturdays.
