About The Position

South Carolina Federal Credit Union is currently seeking a Financial Sales Representative to join our team of outstanding professionals at our Moncks Corner Financial Center in Moncks Corner, SC. Are you passionate about helping others? Do you enjoy interacting with customers regularly and working in a team environment? As a Financial Sales Representative, you will provide exceptional customer service and offer financial products and services that meet the customers' needs.

Requirements

  • High school diploma (or equivalent)
  • At least one year of experience working specifically in a sales position selling products and/or services
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • A positive attitude
  • Relevant military experience is considered for veterans and transitioning service members.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Offer financial products and services that meet the customers' needs.
  • Collaborate with team members during the morning huddle and discuss sales goals for the day.
  • Greet and develop rapport with members who enter the financial center or call on the telephone.
  • Answer a member's question about the auto loan application process.
  • Ask a member open-ended questions about their financial goals and recommend products and services based on their needs.
  • Follow up with a member who recently opened an account.
  • Call members to share a new promotion for which they may qualify.
