About The Position

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in accounting and 3-5 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or auditing. A Certified Public Accountant (or equivalent) or being on a path to obtain a CPA is preferred. The position involves working or applied knowledge of US GAAP and familiarity with IFRS, with the ability to independently research, interpret, and apply accounting guidance to routine transactions and reporting matters. A general understanding of regulatory financial reporting (statements) requirements is also necessary. The role demands strong attention to detail with a high standard of accuracy. Applied knowledge of accounting (e.g., Oracle, FCCS) and/or financial reporting software (e.g., Workiva, Blackline) and Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Power BI is expected. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, along with strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
