About The Position

This role is responsible for financial reporting and requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. The manager will oversee the financial reporting process, research complex accounting issues, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. The position also involves managing projects, leading teams, and communicating financial information effectively to various stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 8 years of accounting experience
• Significant experience and technical skills in financial reporting
• Experience researching complex accounting issues
• Experience either in auditing or serving as a key audit contact
• Ability to balance and prioritize multiple day-to-day and ongoing projects simultaneously
• Expert in Excel
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to clearly and effectively present complex information to all levels of employees, management, and clients
• Ability to thoughtfully and positively influence, lead, and manage change
• Strong project management skills
• Strategic perspective
• Proficient in the use of basic computer software (i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Nice To Haves

• Previous supervisory experience
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
