About The Position

The Financial Reporting Lead leads a team responsible for timely, high-quality global financial reporting and prepares external reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP. The role delivers quarterly and annual reporting for the Board, Audit Committee, and external banks, investors, and rating agencies, and supports 144A debt offerings. It also ensures that U.S. GAAP reporting is reconciled with management reporting and oversees related financial reporting projects, governance activities, and relationships with external auditors.

Requirements

• 12 or more years of experience in financial reporting and/or technical accounting in a large, multinational business.
• CPA certification.

• Big 4 public accounting experience.
• Five or more years of line management experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality quarterly and annual external reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP, meeting deadlines and commitments to the Board, Audit Committee, external banks, investors, and rating agencies.
• Support 144A debt offerings and measure debt covenant compliance.
• Understand and reconcile U.S. GAAP reporting to management reporting, including improving and expanding reconciliations of non-GAAP measures.
• Manage recurring and ad hoc projects and governance activities for the Financial Reporting Pillar within the Corporate Controllership Organization.
• Maintain relationships with external auditors and deliver a high-quality year-round audit experience.
• Lead a team responsible for global financial reporting.
