Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6–8 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or a related field.
• CPA, CFA, or CMA certification.
• Successful completion of a background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and review of consolidated financial statements, reports, and disclosures for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance.
• Interpret complex accounting guidance and advise leadership on implications for financial reporting and compliance.
• Develop and implement process improvements, automation initiatives, and internal control enhancements across reporting activities.
• Partner with finance, accounting, and audit teams to resolve complex reporting issues and streamline data workflows.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for auditors, regulators, and internal stakeholders on reporting standards and technical matters.
• Mentor and guide financial reporting analysts, fostering knowledge sharing and professional development.
• Contribute to the development of organizational financial reporting policies and standard operating procedures.
