About The Position

The Financial Reporting Analyst supports Fidelity Stock Plan Services (SPS) Financial Reporting and serves as the primary support contact for a defined client base, typically 20–25 public companies across emerging, mid-sized, large, and strategic segments. The role processes and reports client financial-reporting data according to client-defined schedules and helps clients establish, implement, execute, and oversee ad hoc support and analysis requests. It also contributes to developing process benchmarks and standardized methodologies across the client base. The analyst trains client contacts to use Plan Sponsor Workstation (PSW), including SPS reporting, customized reporting dashboards, and Team Workspace. The role participates in operational reporting activities, from scheduled client reporting to ad hoc report development and fee-for-service projects. In partnership with SPS Implementation and Account Management, the analyst helps transition client reporting information from legacy providers to Fidelity’s Stock Plan Administration system and assists with testing coordinated by SPS Product Development. The position delivers accurate reporting during peak monthly and quarterly cycles, partners with SPS Operations and SPS Client Service Managers, supports product improvements with SPS Product and Technology partners, advises clients on financial-report modifications within PSW, and maintains data for process measures and reporting. Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased regional and role-based rollout; onsite expectations vary and may evolve.
