About The Position

The Financial Reporting Analyst will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reports that provide meaningful insights into the status of development projects. This role involves gathering and analyzing data from multiple sources, creating reports and dashboards for stakeholders, and collaborating with development teams to ensure accurate and relevant reporting. The analyst will also compile milestone reports for housing agencies, develop reporting best practices, communicate project updates, and troubleshoot data-related issues.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as computer science or business.
• Background in data analysis and reporting.
• Experience in creating and maintaining reports.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and maintaining reports that provide meaningful insights into the status of development projects.
• Gathering and analyzing data from multiple sources, including project management software, databases, and other data systems.
• Creating reports and dashboards that help stakeholders understand key performance indicators and other metrics related to development projects.
• Collaborating with development teams to ensure that development requirements are met and that reports are accurate and relevant.
• Compiling milestone reports as projects progress through the development process for submission to local and state housing agencies.
• Developing and maintaining reporting templates, processes, and best practices to ensure consistent and high-quality reporting.
• Communicating with stakeholders to provide updates and answer questions about the status of development projects.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to report data, including data accuracy, data completeness, and data consistency.
