What you will do: Manage & coordinate ODOT’s Federal Highway Administration financial program Formulate, develop, enforce & implement program policy Review federally funded projects for compliance & maximum funding amounts Analyze ODOT related federal notices and legislation to determine impact on current and future funding

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of federal funding rules and FHWA requirements.
  • Careful and detail‑oriented when reviewing documents and timelines.
  • Able to coordinate well with local, state, and federal partners.
  • Good at identifying issues and finding solutions.
  • Clear communicator who can prepare accurate, professional responses
  • 54 mos. exp. or 54 mos. trg. financial administration. -Or completion of undergraduate core program in public or business administration, accounting, finance or related field; 30 mos. exp. or 30 mos. trg. in financial administration. -Or completion of graduate core program in public or business administration, accounting, finance or related field; 18 mos. exp. or 18 mos. trg. in financial administration. -Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment noted above.
