The Air Dominance Strategic Capabilities Organization is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior level Financial Analyst to support financial execution and analytical oversight for our platform integration, international, and advanced capabilities mission areas. This role provides hands-on responsibility for monthly financial processes, cost and schedule analysis, contract reporting, and EAC development across key AMRAAM portfolio initiatives. This position partners closely with Program Management, Field Team support members, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure disciplined financial execution. Requirements

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Business, or related field and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree and less than 2 years’ experience
  • Experience with financial reporting, data analysis, forecasting and/or process improvement
  • Experience in Excel including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, conditional formatting and/or charts
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Support Quarterly EAC development by facilitating coordination with functional and program stakeholders
  • Help define and interpret monthly variances to budget, forecast, and EAC positions
  • Support monthly LRE (Latest Revised Estimate) and quarterly EAC cycles using financial tools and metrics
  • Assist in preparing proposal and CDRL-related financial materials to support funding and contract reporting requirements
  • Perform detailed financial analysis to support cost, schedule, and performance understanding across multiple AMRAAM contracts
  • Complete monthly cost CDRLs and other financial deliverables within tight deadlines
  • Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly data analysis for leadership
  • Update financial charts, reviews, and presentations for Program Management Reviews
  • Manage key elements of the monthly forecast cycle, including data validation and RPLAN update preparation
  • Support FP&A cadence activities including consolidations and reporting
