Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum of two years of financial services experience.
Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, or active Series 63 and Series 65 licenses.
Active state life, health, disability, and variable insurance licenses.
Strong customer service, relationship-building, organizational, time-management, and written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Work directly with existing Cetera clients to understand and support their financial needs.
Assist clients with a broad range of service needs, including questions about account balances, withdrawals, fund transfers, and available resources.
Provide clients with wealth management and financial planning guidance.
Develop meaningful relationships with clients through responsive service and personalized financial strategies.
Grow the business through client asset consolidation, professional networking, and client referrals.
Use Cetera’s technology, tools, and resources to effectively manage client relationships and deliver a positive experience.
