Financial Planning and Analysis Senior Analyst
About The Position
This role will drive financial planning and forecasting for Revenue, Billings, Collections, and Free Cash Flow across the company. The analyst will partner with cross-functional teams to build accurate models and deliver actionable insights, shaping strategic decisions that directly impact business performance and growth. The Corporate FP&A team delivers company-wide financial planning, forecasting, and analysis, working collaboratively with Accounting and business partners to ensure accuracy and alignment. The team's purpose is to provide the financial insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Accounting, Consulting, or related corporate finance roles
- Advanced financial modeling skills using Excel and Google Sheets/Slides
- Analyze data using SQL or similar advanced analytical tools
- Communicate complex financial concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences, both written and verbal
- Manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate results under tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- FP&A experience from the software or technology industry
- Lead process improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects
Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining annual plans and rolling forecasts for Revenue, Billings, Collections, and Free Cash Flow in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders
- Monitoring performance against forecasts and providing variance analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Delivering financial reporting and analysis to senior leadership on business performance, forecasting accuracy, and key trends
- Developing long-range financial plans that align with strategic business objectives and growth targets
- Evaluating and improving forecasting methodologies, tools, and processes to increase accuracy, scalability, and automation
