About The Position

We are seeking a highly analytical and technology-driven FP&A Analyst, Process & Data optimization to join our FP&A team. This role combines financial planning and analysis with business intelligence, automation, data modeling, and process optimization. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting FP&A operations while leading initiatives focused on reporting automation, data governance, dashboard development, and the continued evolution of our Microsoft Fabric and Power BI environment. This position is ideal for a finance professional with strong technical capabilities who enjoys transforming data into actionable insights and driving operational efficiencies through technology.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in FP&A, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Finance Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting enterprise reporting, automation, and financial planning processes.
  • Proven experience delivering reporting and process improvement projects.
  • Expert-level Power BI development experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Fabric and data lake architecture.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex financial and operational modeling.
  • Experience managing large datasets from multiple data sources.
  • Experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Process improvement and automation mindset.
  • Ability to challenge existing processes and recommend better solutions.
  • Strong data modeling and business intelligence skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of consolidated budgets, forecasts, and management reporting packages.
  • Participate in month-end and year-end activities, including financial allocations, month-end reporting, and reconciliations.
  • Perform ad hoc financial and operational analysis to support business decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain enterprise Power BI solutions, including dashboards, reports, and semantic models.
  • Build and maintain complex data models using Power BI, Power Query, DAX, and Microsoft Fabric.
  • Develop scalable reporting structures to improve visibility into financial and operational performance.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting solutions.
  • Manage and optimize data flows, data transformations, and data quality processes.
  • Support the ongoing migration and development of the company's Microsoft Fabric data platform.
  • Collaborate with the BI team and business stakeholders to enhance data architecture and reporting capabilities.
  • Implement and maintain best practices related to data governance, documentation, and model design.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual finance processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead and support automation initiatives using Power BI, Power Automate, Microsoft Fabric, and AI-enabled solutions.
  • Document business processes, reporting workflows, and technical solutions.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives across Finance and other business functions.
  • Act as a business partner to Finance, BI, and operational teams.
  • Lead and contribute to cross-functional projects related to business intelligence, reporting, and process transformation.
  • Establish strong working relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
