About The Position

The Financial Planning and Analysis Senior Analyst helps drive company-wide financial planning and forecasting for Revenue, Billings, Collections, and Free Cash Flow. The role partners with cross-functional teams to build accurate models and deliver actionable insights that inform strategic decisions and business performance. As part of Corporate FP&A, the analyst collaborates with Accounting and business partners to support accurate, aligned planning, forecasting, and analysis.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in FP&A, Accounting, Consulting, or related corporate finance roles.
Advanced financial modeling skills using Excel and Google Sheets/Slides.
Ability to analyze data using SQL or similar advanced analytical tools.
Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences, both in writing and verbally.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate results under tight deadlines.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

Support the development and maintenance of annual plans and rolling forecasts for Revenue, Billings, Collections, and Free Cash Flow in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.
Monitor performance against forecasts and provide variance analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Deliver financial reporting and analysis to senior leadership on business performance, forecasting accuracy, and key trends.
Develop long-range financial plans aligned with strategic business objectives and growth targets.
Evaluate and improve forecasting methodologies, tools, and processes to increase accuracy, scalability, and automation.
Lead process improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects.
