About The Position

The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will lead and develop the Financial Planning & Analysis team, driving performance and growth. This role involves delivering business insights through the analysis of financial and operational results, conducting strategic analysis, partnering with leadership, driving planning and forecasting, and enhancing reporting and KPIs. The position is with RDO Equipment Co., an industry-leading team providing world-class customer experiences. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
8+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or related fields.
Proven ability to lead initiatives, develop teams, and influence cross-functional partners.
Strong judgment and resourcefulness to navigate complex business challenges.
Advanced ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop strategic recommendations.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial planning, and business analysis.
Valid work authorization and ability to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop Financial Planning & Analysis team members while driving performance and growth.
Analyze financial and operational results to provide actionable insights that support decision-making and business performance.
Conduct what-if analysis and evaluate the financial impact of business changes and new opportunities.
Build strong relationships with executives and field leadership to support action planning and business decisions.
Improve budgeting and planning accuracy while supporting long-term financial strategies.
Develop and refine key performance indicators and reporting to improve visibility and drive results.
