The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager oversees the financial analysis team, playing a key role in strategic decision-making and financial planning. This position involves managing financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting processes to support organizational goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in financial software and Excel.
- In-depth knowledge of financial principles and regulations.

- Previous managerial experience is preferred.
