The FP&A Analyst will support business leadership through financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, KPI tracking, dashboard development, pricing analysis, and ad-hoc financial analysis. This role will play a key part in helping leadership understand financial performance, identify trends and risks, and support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights. The successful candidate will be recognized as a trusted financial partner by providing analysis related to profitability, operational performance, forecasting accuracy, investment decisions, and business improvement opportunities. Core responsibilities include supporting budgeting and forecasting processes utilizing ERP systems, Workday, Adaptive Planning, BI/dashboarding tools, and other analytical platforms and methodologies. Working within large-scale enterprise ERP environments such as SAP, Oracle, Workday or similar systems is key. Experience with Workday and Adaptive Planning are strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will bring strong FP&A experience, advanced financial modelling capabilities, SQL/data querying skills, and experience building reports and dashboards in BI platforms such as Power BI or Tableau. This individual should also have experience working with multidimensional/cube-based planning systems (Adaptive Planning, Hyperion, SmartView, or similar), including custom report creation and analysis. Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve productivity, automate workflows, and enhance analytical output. The FP&A Analyst should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to interrogate and synthesize large datasets, and the ability to apply financial evaluation methodologies (e.g., DCF, IRR, Cash Payback) to support business decisions.
