We’re looking for an FP&A Analyst to join our talented Finance team supporting a business that is passionate about the weather AND making innovative products. This role will be instrumental in exploring and interpreting complex data to support day to day strategic direction. You’ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, leveraging your analytical skills to drive strategic recommendations and influence decision-making.

Requirements

• Experience working with unstructured data and an ability to derive insights from incomplete information
• Strong curiosity and independent problem-solving skills—you love asking "what if" and "why"
• Ability to think strategically and challenge assumptions with data-driven insights
• Bachelor’s degree in degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics, Mathematics, or related fields and 5+ years of professional experience
• You have experience leveraging databases with large-scale data sets
• Experience with using AI to wrangle data & accelerate analysis, along with knowledge of languages such as Python & SQL
• Proficiency in modeling, data analysis, and financial reporting.
• You are a quick learner and love building new solutions
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated success in tailoring reports and messaging to different audiences

• Experience working as an analyst and/or consultant is a plus

Responsibilities

• Work with large-scale Financial, Sales and product datasets to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities that drive innovation.
• Go beyond reporting—proactively develop new analytical approaches, frameworks, and hypotheses to inform strategy.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data, trends, and metrics to provide insights and recommendations to senior management. Provide strategic financial insights and analysis to support business initiatives, investment decisions, and growth strategies.
• Create models and scenario analyses to assess potential financial outcome impacts related to experiments, market trends, business risks & regulatory changes.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to provide data-backed recommendations that shape product and business decisions.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis on Seller performance & account level dynamics to identify areas of opportunity for the growth & evaluate in strategy effectiveness.
• Partner with business teams to analyze their A/B tests and other experiments to optimize user experience and engagement.
• Translate complex findings into clear, impactful visualizations and presentations tailored to different stakeholders.
