Support monthly forecasts, annual budgets, long-range planning, and related financial reporting processes. Analyze actual results against budget, forecast, and standard cost; identify key financial, operational, and manufacturing cost variances. Perform cost analysis related to production, material usage, labor, overhead, purchase price variance (PPV), inventory adjustments, and other cost drivers. Support standard costing activities, including review of bills of material, routings, labor and overhead rates, cost rolls, and product cost updates. Prepare monthly reporting packages, financial models, dashboards, business performance presentations, and ad hoc analyses. Support P&L, margin, product profitability, cost center, operating expense, inventory, and cost of goods sold analysis. Assist with month-end close activities, including accruals, reconciliations, inventory valuation, and review of financial results. Partner with Finance, Operations, Production, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Sales to improve financial visibility, investigate variances, and support corrective actions. Provide financial and cost insights to support margin improvement, cost reduction, productivity, inventory accuracy, cash flow, and profitability initiatives. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by leadership to support business needs.
