About The Position

Mauser’s Finance Development Program (FDP) is designed to give early-career professionals a broad learning experience and prepare them for future leadership roles. The program lasts 2–3 years and includes rotations of approximately 6–12 months across different finance disciplines at the Corporate, Group, and Plant levels. Participants develop technical and leadership skills, gain exposure to finance in a manufacturing environment, build relationships across the finance team, and contribute results in each rotation. Ongoing coaching and mentorship support participants’ analytical, leadership, presentation, communication, and professional development. Program activities also include “Lunch & Learns” and opportunities to build relationships with colleagues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Clear and concise communication skills and presence.
• Ability to learn quickly and willingness to adapt to change.
• Motivation to succeed and grow a career at Mauser.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, with a high level of ethics and integrity.

• Prior work experience is not required; the roles are also open to individuals with work experience.

Responsibilities
