About The Position

The Financial Planning Analyst participates in Mauser’s Finance Development Program (FDP), a 2–3-year early-career program designed to develop future leaders through broad finance experience and ongoing professional development. Participants complete rotations lasting approximately 6–12 months, with exposure to finance disciplines at corporate, group, and plant levels in a manufacturing environment. The program provides opportunities to develop technical, analytical, leadership, presentation, and communication skills, build relationships across the finance team, and gain a broad understanding of the business. Participants receive coaching and mentorship and are expected to learn quickly and deliver results in each rotation. Program activities may include Lunch & Learns and colleague relationship-building.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Clear and concise communication skills and presence.
• Ability to learn quickly and willingness to adapt to change.
• Motivation to succeed and grow a career at Mauser.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a high level of ethics and integrity.
