About The Position

ImageTek Mfg is a quickly growing and expanding contract manufacturer based in North Springfield, VT with global reach. We are adding a Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist to our amazing new team! The FP&A Specialist position is fully responsible for full-cycle accounting, precise cost calculation and control, internal control compliance, and business transaction stream monitoring within regional operations. The role focuses on systematic tracking, collecting, calculating, and analyzing core operational and financial KPIs. By establishing rigorous data models and metric evaluation mechanisms, the position monitors business goal achievement, mitigates financial and compliance risks, and provides in-depth economic analysis and decision-making support to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Economics, Management, Financial Management, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing finance, cost accounting, or financial management.
• Familiarity with manufacturing operations and cost accounting processes.
• Excellent daily planning and long term project management skills.
• Understanding of ERP systems.
• Familiar with financial and tax compliance frameworks and internal control design capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Tracking, Collection, Calculation, and Aggregation of Core KPIs: Data Tracking & Collection, Metric Calculation & Aggregation, Variance Analysis & Alerting.
• Cost Calculation & Control: Full Cost Accounting, Cost Monitoring & Analysis, BOM & Labor Cost Management.
• Transaction Streams & Accounting Control: End-to-End Accounting Control, Month-End Closing & Support.
• Objectives Assessment & Financial Analysis: Goal Monitoring, Agile Plan Adjustment.
