Overview of the Role: The Finance & Strategy (F&S) team serves as a trusted adviser to the business to help guide decision-making through business partner support and innovative and insightful analyses. We are looking for forward-thinking, driven individuals that will succeed in a fast-paced environment and thrive in leading teams, and improve processes that will allow the company to scale with growth! This role will focus on Global Go-To-Market (GTM) Planning and Analytics in partnership with the Sales organization. You will partner with multiple functions including the Go-to-Market Organization, Corporate Finance, Global Sales Strategy, Global Commissions, and Metric teams to provide finance-based decision support for new resourcing and other investments, including cost optimization analysis, key Sales KPIs, and supporting Sales’ annual and long range strategic planning.
