About The Position

Truveta is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to support corporate FP&A. This role will drive key financial planning and analysis activities and deliverables, reporting directly to the VP, FP&A. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, collaboration, and communication skills, and will be a self-starter, flexible, collaborative, and analytical doer with a high level of integrity and attention to detail. This is an action and goal-oriented role in a fast-paced, team-oriented, collaborative, and analytical environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in finance or a related analytical field.
  • Experience with cloud technology offerings
  • BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, and Computer Science)
  • High proficiency in Excel and other analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI, also planning tools.
  • Able to work under time pressure, able to prioritize workload and meet tight deadlines
  • Positive attitude and flexible, especially in the period of month/quarter/year-end close
  • Proven ability to succeed in a fast paced and constantly evolving environment
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer as Truveta is unable to sponsor work visas or permits.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with companies going through IPO or equivalent preferred but not required
  • SQL/Python experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Create financial modeling and cost/benefit analysis for new strategic business initiatives related to new initiatives and other adhoc investment analysis.
  • Support fast evolving investor reporting requirements.
  • Leverage AI tools to support forecasting and reporting processes.
  • Design, analyze, and maintain incentive compensation plans aligned with business objectives in partnership with partner operations, and people teams.
  • Administer monthly commission payout and reporting with accuracy and timeliness leveraging AI tools for automation.
  • Create actionable reporting on key operating and financial performance indicators and metrics (KPIs) for business leaders to assist with business decisions such as attainment and incentive impact.
  • Support key financial processes including the annual budget, long-term planning, and quarterly forecasting.
  • Refine tools, processes, and key drivers to aid business leaders in assessing plan and forecast along with the corresponding assumptions.
