About The Position

The Siegel Group is seeking a highly analytical, business-minded Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to support the financial and operating performance of the Siegel Suites® and Siegel Select® portfolio. The role is a key financial partner to Housing Operations, providing leadership with insight into property and portfolio performance, identifying trends and opportunities, and translating financial results into actionable business recommendations. Reporting directly to the President of Housing Operations, the FP&A Analyst works closely with Vice Presidents, Regional Managers, Finance, Accounting, and ownership. The position has significant organizational visibility and is responsible for preparing and presenting the monthly financial and operational review to ownership. The analyst investigates why performance changes, what those changes mean for the business, and what actions may improve future results. The role reviews property, regional, and consolidated financial and operating results; supports executive reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and longer-term planning; analyzes multifamily and operational performance; and builds financial models and decision-support tools. Success means providing leadership with accurate analysis and a clear understanding of portfolio performance, underlying business drivers, areas requiring attention, and the financial effects of operational decisions.
