They provide bespoke AV solutions for in-person, virtual, and hybrid meetings and live events, empowering their team to tackle tough challenges and deliver unforgettable hospitality and live event experiences. The Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst is responsible for assisting with financial planning and monthly/quarterly/annual reporting processes, analyzing key performance metrics, preparing budgets and reforecasts, and providing strategic insights to support decision-making. This role involves collaborating with various departments to identify positive ROI and revenue opportunities, contributing to overall company direction and growth, and serving as a partner to members of matrix organizational structures to provide cross-functional analysis and advise effectively across different stakeholders.
