Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst
About The Position
We are a fast-growing, private equity-backed medical aesthetics platform expanding into new states. As we scale our clinic footprint, we are building a professional finance organization to support rapid growth, reporting, and strategic planning. Position Overview We are seeking an FP&A Analyst to support financial management, month-end close, forecasting, reporting, and analysis. This role works closely with PE ownership, Finance & Executive leadership, and the accounting team to maintain forecast models, develop executive and Board-level reporting, and analyze clinic and service-line performance. This role is ideal for candidates with accounting, corporate finance, consulting, or investment banking experience looking to grow into a strategic FP&A function.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in FP&A, Accounting, Audit, Corporate Finance, Consulting, or Investment Banking
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or a similar ERP system required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience supporting month-end close and financial reporting
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Nice To Haves
- Power BI or SQL experience
Responsibilities
- Support month-end and year-end close, reviewing journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
- Maintain rolling forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis
- Develop reporting packages for leadership and Board meetings
- Analyze clinic-level performance, payroll/labor trends, membership growth, inventory, and profitability
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives
- Contribute to dashboards and automated reporting tools
