Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant military or equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Willingness to obtain required FINRA and state insurance licenses (training provided).
Nice To Haves
- Experience in athletics, coaching, military service, leadership, or other performance-driven environments is valued but not required.
