As a Financial Performance Advisor (FP&A), you will play a key role in general expense reporting and forecasting, actively contributing to the production and analysis of financial information within the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. Requirements

  • Rigor and attention to detail, ensuring quality, consistency, and reliability of financial data
  • Analytical and synthesis skills, particularly in interpreting financial performance and variances
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and reporting tools, along with a solid understanding of financial statements and basic financial analysis concepts
  • Collaborative mindset, effective communication, and proactive attitude, supporting strong business partnerships
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in finance, FP&A, accounting, or a related field
  • Budget and forecasting experience
  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables under tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality
  • Advanced level of English proficiency

Responsibilities

  • Ensure financial performance reporting and monitoring by contributing to the development of dashboards, analyzing variances between actuals, budget, and forecasts, and documenting key trends and drivers
  • Ensure the quality and reliability of financial data by maintaining consistency and integrity across deliverables
  • Actively participate in general expense forecasting by updating projections, consolidating data from various sectors, and supporting the analysis of key assumptions and variables
  • Identify and communicate variances, risks, and opportunities to support informed decision-making
  • Act as a business partner by supporting teams in understanding their financial performance, responding to information requests, and contributing to monthly and quarterly performance reviews
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of FP&A practices by collaborating with the team, optimizing tools and processes, and developing business knowledge
