Requirements

1+ year working in a policy-driven environment with established procedures and compliance standards.
Strong critical thinking skills with exceptional attention to detail and risk awareness.
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, spreadsheets, and applications effectively.
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and basic computer troubleshooting.
Strong customer service experience in a professional environment.
Basic math proficiency.

Nice To Haves

Financial services experience (banking, credit union, insurance, wealth management, etc.).
Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
Experience processing financial, claims, benefits, or customer documentation.

Responsibilities

Process client transactions including account updates, beneficiary changes, asset allocations, and financial documentation.
Analyze customer requests, identify discrepancies or risks, and make informed decisions using policies and procedures.
Navigate multiple systems while reviewing paperwork, emails, web submissions, and phone-generated requests to ensure accurate processing.
