About The Position

Genesis10 is seeking a Financial Operations Analyst for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution in Charlotte, NC. This role supports financial operations within a large technology organization, focusing on project financial management, resource alignment, budgeting, and financial tracking for technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong Excel skills and have experience supporting financial processes, preferably within the banking industry.

• Experience supporting financial operations within large enterprise environments

Nice To Haves

• Prior banking or financial services industry experience
• Previous experience within a technology organization
• Experience working within enterprise banking environments
• Familiarity with technology financial processes, governance, and reporting structures

Responsibilities

• Manage and support financial operations for technology teams and projects
• Track and maintain project-level financials and reporting
• Support resource financial management and resource alignment activities
• Ensure resources are aligned to appropriate projects, budgets, and cost centers
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Support close-task activities and ongoing financial reporting requirements
• Work closely with project managers, program managers, and technology leadership
• Maintain accuracy and consistency across financial processes and documentation
• Provide operational and financial support across multiple technology initiatives
