Step into a high-impact leadership role shaping statewide financial operations for Ohio. As the Financial Support Services Manager, you’ll lead a dynamic team, drive enterprise standards, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial activity across state agencies. Lead and develop Financial Program Managers while setting enterprise direction for key financial modules like Accounts Payable, Supplier Operations, Travel & Expense, eSettlement, and 1099 processing. Build and enforce statewide financial transaction standards, approve system and process changes, and recommend updates to policies, rules, and legislation. Oversee agency purchasing and payment reviews to ensure legal compliance, accuracy, and proper authorization. Resolve complex financial issues, safeguard statewide records and reporting, and guide performance through clear goals and metrics. Strengthen Supplier Operations and Travel & Expense functions with robust governance and fraud-prevention controls—keeping statewide travel policy on track. Represent the agency with DAS, OBM, federal partners, and other stakeholders. Support P-Card program administration and ensure compliance, fraud prevention, reconciliation, and coordination with OBM and U.S. Bank.
