About The Position

Baker Interiors Furniture Company seeks a Financial Manager to manage the finances of the Baker division of Samson Investment Holding Company. This role involves directing financial operations, leading budgeting and reporting, analyzing financial performance, negotiating commercial transactions, implementing internal controls, and overseeing audits and M&A opportunities.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
• 24 months in any occupation with job duties involving corporate finance or banking financial management required.

Responsibilities

• Direct all financial operations, and ERP/payroll systems (Oracle, ADP) to ensure data integrity and efficiency.
• Lead annual corporate budgeting and prepare management reporting packages for stakeholders.
• Lead periodic financial reviews, analyzing budgetary variances and performance metrics to optimize capital allocation.
• Negotiate and govern commercial transactions, including leases and designer agreements.
• Implement internal controls and process improvements such as travel policy, Fleet optimization, inventory management, clearance & pricing strategy.
• Oversee annual external audits and M&A opportunities.
