Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Financial Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

• CPA preferred, not required
• 10+ years experience preferred.
• Startup and/or Defense Tech experience a plus
