About The Position

The position sits within a Finance Transformation team focused on modernizing how the organization understands and manages technology costs. Beyond traditional FP&A, this position is oriented toward building new capabilities — designing frameworks, driving adoption of new processes and tools, and partnering across Finance and Technology to enable better enterprise decision-making. In addition to the core duties above, this role will support the design and implementation of cost allocation and financial transparency frameworks, act as a change agent driving stakeholder adoption of new tools, processes, and governance models, develop executive-ready deliverables that translate complex initiatives into clear, decision-oriented narratives, coordinate across cross-functional workstreams and external partners to support program delivery and milestone tracking, and identify opportunities to apply AI, automation, and modern tooling to improve Finance workflows. The ideal candidate is a structured thinker with a transformation mindset — someone comfortable with ambiguity who sees Finance as a strategic enabler of enterprise decision-making.
