Consultant, Financial Transformation
About The Position
Help financial services organizations turn complex transformation challenges into practical, lasting change. As a Consultant within our Banking & Payments practice, you’ll support the delivery of financial transformation initiatives for leading financial services organizations. Working across business, operations, finance, technology, and change teams, you’ll help understand current-state challenges, define requirements, and shape practical future-state solutions. You’ll combine business analysis and consulting skills with effective stakeholder engagement, helping clients navigate change and translate complex business problems into clear, actionable outcomes.
Requirements
- Experience applying business analysis and consulting skills within financial services or transformation environments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and manage communication and expectations across different levels of an organization.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure proposed changes are practical, understood, and aligned with broader transformation objectives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex information and develop clear recommendations.
- Effective facilitation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, client-facing consulting environment.
Nice To Haves
- Experience supporting financial transformation programs within banking, payments, or broader financial services.
- Exposure to finance, operations, technology, and organizational change initiatives.
- Experience supporting change readiness, stakeholder impact assessments, communications, training, or adoption activities.
- Experience developing process maps, requirements documentation, presentations, and other client-facing materials.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams on complex transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Support financial transformation initiatives across business, operations, finance, technology, and change teams.
- Analyze current-state processes, gather business requirements, assess gaps, and help define practical future-state solutions.
- Plan, coordinate, and facilitate workshops and working sessions to align stakeholders on requirements, priorities, issues, and decisions.
- Contribute to change management activities, including stakeholder impact assessments, change readiness, communications, training support, and adoption planning.
- Translate complex business challenges into clear requirements, process flows, presentations, recommendations, and other client-ready deliverables.
