The Office of Juvenile Affairs (OJA) is seeking a Financial Manager/Comptroller to join their team. This role requires experience with financial accounting data and auditing, as well as supervisory or administrative experience. The position is responsible for planning and directing financial accounting, budgeting, auditing, investments, cash management, and other fiscal operations. This includes managing staff in maintaining and analyzing financial data, developing accounting systems, establishing financial controls, approving expenditures, planning audits, and developing budget work programs. Some positions may also oversee other agency functions like Administration, Personnel, or Procurement and Supply.
