About The Position

You will be the Financial Management Staff for the Tactical Missiles Advanced Programs Finance Team. Our team is responsible for managing defense contract budgeting, earned value management, forecasting, analysis and reporting to support mission‑critical programs. As the Financial Management Staff you will be responsible for overseeing financial performance across multiple missile programs and delivering actionable insight to senior leadership.

Requirements

• MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree
• Effective communication skills; both oral and written
• Ability to work with Microsoft Office applications
• Demonstrate ability to be a team player and build effective relationships in a cross-functional environment
• Experience with financial analysis
• Ability to work with complex data sets

Nice To Haves

• Accounting, Finance, or Business related degree
• Team player with strong communication skills and positive attitude
• Prior experience in LM Program Finance / Cost Control
• Proven experience leading a team
• Familiarity with Government Contracts and invoicing types
• Experience with MFC business systems (Oracle, SAP) a plus

Responsibilities

• Long‑Range Planning (LRP) for the business area
• Managing financial metrics and communicating performance to senior management
• Supporting Contract Status Reviews (CSRs) with financial presentations
• Leading budget and preparation, including funding profiles and variance analysis
• Ensuring funding availability by maintaining accurate expenditure records and submitting timely funding requests
