About The Position

This role is for a Financial Management Sr within the Financial Management Team, responsible for financial analysis, cost management, production operations oversight, and quality business operations. The Financial Management Sr will lead financial analysis and guide cost strategies across the program. Responsibilities include performing lead-level financial analysis and presenting findings to senior leadership, overseeing production and quality business operations for cost-effectiveness, managing estimating, cost prevention, and administration activities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and other sites. Occasional travel may be required to support site-specific initiatives and stakeholder engagements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering or related discipline from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
  • Strong Analytical ability and Problem Solving Skills with attention to detail and reporting accuracy
  • Strong Microsoft office skills, primarily focusing in Excel
  • Self Starter who can work effectively as an individual contributor and as part of a team
  • MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN
  • Selected candidate must possess the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency with Earned Value Management (EVM) at LM
  • Knowledge of MFC financial and estimating systems.
  • Cost management and estimating experience in a production environment.
  • Knowledge of general production and quality processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in order to effectively interact with all levels of internal and external customers.
  • Exposure to touch labor cost management and estimating.
