About The Position

The Financial Management Associate will be part of the Financial Management team, responsible for gathering and analyzing program data for CSR reporting, establishing budgets, developing EAC forecasts, supporting Production PMTs, and monitoring overall program health at the contract level. The role involves providing accurate financial data and analysis to support program management and decision-making. Responsibilities include collecting and analyzing daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly CSR data for program reporting, establishing and maintaining program budgets, developing Estimate at Completion (EAC) forecasts, providing financial support to Production PMTs, coordinating with Production Control, Engineering, and Orlando finance teams, and monitoring contract-level program health and identifying variances. Travel to Orlando may be required for collaboration.

Requirements

  • MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN
  • Ability to relocate to the Ocala, FL area.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited college in Finance or Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Ability to develop and use pivot tables and databases to obtain data and develop reports such as tableau reporting.
  • A good understanding of standard time application, learning curve theory, and hours per unit or cost per unit.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite to include Excel and Power Point.
  • Team Player.
  • Ability to develop affirmative working relationships and to interface with all levels of personnel in a positive manner.

Responsibilities
