About The Position

We are seeking a Financial Intelligence Specialist & Linguist to join our team supporting a U.S. Federal law enforcement mission. This individual will conduct English and Chinese language open-source intelligence, engage numerous propriety data sources, and conduct financial analysis to identify and track activities of interest. This role requires proficiency in Mandarin, Chinese language. In this role, they will conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify and analyze complex relationships between entities through entity due diligence and financial analysis. They will support all phases of analytic work product development, from the identification of key information gaps, through data collection, from performing analyses to delivery actionable intelligence and support law enforcement efforts. They will produce and provide deliverables that may support evidentiary purposes.

Requirements

  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI or DoD TS/SCI security clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse, as well as an ability to obtain a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • THREE (3) years of experience using conducting financial intelligence analysis, forensic accounting, open-source intelligence, and/or criminal investigations support.
  • Fluency in Mandarin, Chinese

Nice To Haves

  • An ACTIVE CI Polygraph.
  • FIVE (5) years of experience working with the law enforcement, defense, and/or intelligence community.
  • FIVE (5) years of experience using conducting financial intelligence analysis, forensic accounting, open-source intelligence, and/or criminal investigations support.
  • Experience with FININT and OSINT collection and analysis techniques, as well as corresponding industry certifications.
  • Experience with cryptocurrency analyses, as well as corresponding industry certifications.
  • Experience working with structured and unstructured investigative datasets.
