About The Position

Achieve is a leading digital personal finance company that helps individuals improve their financial well-being through personalized solutions. This role focuses on converting warm leads into sales, impacting members' lives by offering innovative digital personal finance solutions. The position offers a hybrid work model in Phoenix, AZ, and remote options in Texas and Florida. The role involves influencing prospects through the loan application process, managing a pipeline of transactions, identifying customer needs, and providing solutions through loan products. Success is measured by consistently exceeding sales targets.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of recent inside sales experience (outbound call center experience preferred).
  • Proven track record of succeeding in commission-heavy roles.
  • Ability to navigate Salesforce (or similar CRMs) while maintaining a high-energy conversation.
  • Ability to work an 8-hour shift including one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).
  • Ability to come into our Tempe, Arizona office for a duration of training.

Responsibilities

  • Use sales skills to influence and move prospects through the loan application and close the sale within 1–2 calls.
  • Manage up to 20 active transactions at various stages, ensuring no lead falls through the cracks.
  • Identify customer pain points and articulate how the loan product provides the solution.
  • Consistently exceed daily and weekly targets to maximize commission.
